Privacy Policy
MathBatch keeps free worksheet generation account-free and collects only a small amount of information when someone chooses to sign in.
Information MathBatch does not request
You do not need to provide a name, email address, school, payment information, or student record to generate or print a worksheet. Worksheet settings and answers are generated in your browser and are not saved to a MathBatch account.
Basic hosting data
Like most websites, MathBatch's hosting provider may process standard technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp for security, reliability, and traffic delivery.
Analytics
MathBatch uses Google Analytics to measure non-sensitive product events such as which generator was opened, the selected difficulty, problem count, printing, and answer-key use. The site does not send worksheet answers, names, or student information through these events. IP anonymization is enabled in the analytics configuration.
Feedback form
When you submit feedback, MathBatch processes the feedback type, message, any generator or page you identify, and an email address only when you voluntarily provide one for a response. Submissions are delivered to a private MathBatch mailbox and may remain there while the feedback is reviewed or acted upon.
Standard technical request information may be used temporarily to limit spam and repeated submissions. Do not include student names, student email addresses, school IDs, or other student-identifying information in the form.
Future changes
If you purchase a MathBatch membership, payment details are entered directly with Stripe. MathBatch stores the email address associated with the purchase, a Stripe customer and subscription identifier, subscription status, and a time-limited session token so it can provide membership access. MathBatch does not store full payment card numbers.
Learning accounts and progress
Learner accounts are optional and are for people 13 or older, or parents and educators creating an account. When you choose to make one, MathBatch stores your email address, your age-confirmation timestamp, and basic quiz progress: topic, difficulty, whether an answer was correct, and when it was submitted. We use this only to show your private progress and suggest what to practice next.
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. We do not ask for names, birthdates, schools, student IDs, or answers to individual math questions in analytics.
Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, Google verifies the email address used for the account. MathBatch requests only the basic sign-in and email permissions needed to create your session; it does not request your contacts, files, calendar, or Google profile details. Google's handling of information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Your choices
Signed-in learners can download their saved progress or delete their MathBatch account from the account page. Deleting an account removes saved MathBatch learning data. Paid subscriptions are managed in the Stripe customer portal and may need to be cancelled separately.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before adding advertising, affiliate links, or other material data-collecting services.
